Chef TJ and his crew were an absolute delight! TJ has a down-to-earth, hands-on teaching style that removes any misgivings you have around gourmet cooking. At the end of the night I felt like, "Yes! I can cook with parchment paper and chiffonade the basil to make my own infused butter." It's only a few days later and I've already cooked every dish I learned how to make from his chef party. Book him for your next party before the rest of the world knows about him!

We get together regularly with our friends and are always looking for something new so we decided to host a cooking party and had a fantastic time. TJ organized the party ahead of time and created a delicious menu. He demonstrated how to prepare the food, answered all our questions, and got everyone involved. We attended a cooking party where TJ was the chef instructor. We had an amazing time learning new recipes for appetizers such as unique salsas and main courses made with beef and chicken.
